Cruise pricing will depend on the type of stateroom you choose. Our group rates are based on double occupancy:

Balcony Stateroom — $TBD
Ocean View Stateroom — $TBD
Inside Stateroom — $TBD

Deposit & Payment

A $300 deposit is required at the time of booking through Vivid Experiences. Of that deposit, $100 is non-refundable.

After making your deposit, you may make additional payments in any amount and at any time. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 120 days before the cruise.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds, less the $100 non-refundable portion of your deposit, will be subject to the cruise line's cancellation policies in effect for our sailing.

Tangler Fee

Guests participating in the Hawaii-Phive-Opus tangling activities will pay a separate $125 tangler fee. This fee helps cover our instructor-led classes, project supplies, meeting space, and other retreat-related expenses.

This fee applies only to tanglers—family members, friends, spouses, or other traveling companions who will not be participating in the tangling activities do not pay it.

After you book your cruise, you'll be contacted separately with information about paying the $125 tangler fee. You may make this payment at any time up to six months before the cruise.

No. We chose not to automatically include a drink package because we didn't want everyone paying for something they may not want or use. Instead, you can choose the beverage package that works best for you and your budget.

Once you're booked and have downloaded the NCL app, you'll be able to view the available beverage packages and add your selection directly through the app.

Options may include:

• Free At Sea™ Hawai’i Beverage Package
• Unlimited Starbucks® Package
• Bottled Water Package
• Other beverage options that may be available for our sailing

Please note: If a beverage package requires both guests in a stateroom to purchase the same package, both roommates will need to select that package. If you are being matched with a roommate for this cruise, we will do our best to match you with someone whose beverage preferences are compatible with yours.

If you're unable to use the NCL app or need assistance adding a beverage package, please contact our Travel Designer, whose information is listed elsewhere on this webpage.

We strongly recommend that you do NOT fly in on the day of the cruise. For any cruise, it’s always a good idea to arrive at least one day before departure.

Although the ship is not scheduled to leave Honolulu until 7:00 p.m., you will need to be checked in and onboard much earlier. The exact boarding and check-in deadlines will be provided closer to our sailing date.

Flights can be delayed or canceled for any number of reasons, and the ship will not wait for you if your flight is late.

We recommend arriving in Honolulu at least one day early so you can start your Hawaii-Phive-Opus adventure relaxed and ready to go—not racing from the airport to the cruise terminal! 🌺🚢

• Tanglers will need your basic tangle supplies and whatever other art supplies you never leave home without.
• A portable mini fan if you run hot.
• USB charger 
• A reusable water bottle for the water stations

• No.  The Pride of America does not have a casino inasmuch as casinos are illegal in Hawaii.
